{I can find no record of an Ann Whiting daughter of Thomas James Whiting and Sarah Mawby exept in this census. All the dates and places that could be this Ann are Edith Emily. So I conclude that Ann on the 1871 census should be Edith Emily. It was a mistake to put Ann.}
