  2009 Birth: May 20, 1926 Multnomah Multnomah County Oregon, USA Death: Nov. 28, 2009 Twin Falls Twin Falls County Idaho, USA Elizabeth Anne "Betty" (Vestal) Phillips, 83, of Twin Falls, passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center. She was born May 20, 1926 in Multnomah, Oregon to Edgar F. and Grace Trestrail Vestal. She married Rolin Anderson Phillips Sr. on May 26, 1949. He preceded her in death in October of 1994. She is survived by two sons, Rolin Jr. (Debi) of Middleton, Idaho, and Sidney of Shoshone, Idaho; a daughter, Linda (Joe) Richard of Spring Bay, Il.; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Eddy and one grandson.
