      W. Baker. Passed away at 72 years of age in a Salt Lake Hospital of a
      lingering illness. He served as town marshall of Mapelton, Utah and was Justice
      of the Pease. He was a member of the town board and Strawberry Water
      Association. He was also president of the irrigation company at Mapleton. He
      engaged in farming and taking an expecially active part in church an dcivic
      affairs. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery, Springville, Utah.
