      SHE WAS ADOPTED BY CHANCEY JR. OBITUARY FOR VIVIAN (WHITING) WILSHUSEN

      The funeral for Vivian Wilshusen, 91, of Rosewood on Broadway, Fargo, North Dakota (formerly of Moorhead) will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Hanson-Runsvold Funeral Home in Fargo, with graveside services at 4:00 p.m. in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Clitherall, Minnesota. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 Monday in the funeral home, and one hour before the service on Feb 21, 1992.
      Vivian Whiting was born on December 14, 1900 in Devil's Lake, North Dakota. She grew up and attended school in Clitherall, Minnesota. She worked as a housekeeper and baby-sitter before marrying James Higgins in 1918 in Saries, North Dakota. She married Herman Wilshusen in 1938 in Sisseton, South Dakota. They moved to Lockhart, Minnesora where they lived until retiring to Moorhead, Minnesota. Herman died in 1973. She had been a resident of the nursing home since 1986.
      Vivian is survived by two daughters, Mrs. (Winifred) Kendall Norris of Fargo and Mrs. (Patricia) Arnold Diede of Bozeman, Montana; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
