- After Nina raised her children, her grandsons (twins) were given into her care. Their names were Keith and Kenneth Tucker (Nip and Tuck). In one of the papers Harriet had received there was a letter from Gladys Gould to her nephew, Robin Tucker. (I think he has to be one of Nina's grandchildren.)
OBITUARY FOR NINA BELLE (GOULD) TUCKER
Mrs. Nina B. Tucker, 91, of 1330 Kings Highway, Independence, Missouri died Thursday, July 26, 1979 at the Independence Sanitarium. She was born in Silver Lake, Minnesota, and had lived in this area since 1920. Mrs. Tucker was a nurse's aide for the Resthaven Nursing Home from 1951 to 1953, and taught elementary school in Minnesota many years ago. She was a member of the Eden Heights congregation of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She leaves a son, Wayne Tucker of 1350 Kings Highway, Independence; a daughter, Mrs. Joyce McCarty of the home; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Tucker of 1500 West Truman Road, Independence; 15 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Speaks Memorial Chapel, with burial in Clitherall, Minnesota. Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the chapel.
