    • Marjorie died of Multiple Myeloma, a cancer of the bone marrow. Her doctor said she was his longest living patient of this disease. When she was young, she used to sneak pet lambs into her bedroom on the farm. She graduated valedictorian at Spring Valley, Wisconsin High School. She had a B.A. in Journalism and an M. A. in International Relations from the University of Minnesota. She was a housewife, very active in volunteer and church work, and a "great Mother".
