Private William Whiting
Born in the Parish of Cherrington in or near the town of Cherrington in the county of Gloucester was enlistedn for the aforesaid regiment at Gloucester in the County of Gloucester on the 25th day of September 1799 at the age of nineteen for unlimited service.
That he hath served in the Army for the space of Twenty-one years and 349 days, after the Age of Eighteen accoringly subjoined in consequence of deafness.
That by the authority of the Secretary of War dated 16 August 1821 HE IS HEREBY DISCHARGED
