NOTE. Ebenezer, junior, bequeathed the homestead to his wife, who by her will directed that it should be divided among her four children, Prudence, Sarah, Nancy, and Joshua, the house going to the daughters for their home during life, a part of the land being given to Joshua. The three daughters lived there unmarried till they died at the ripe old ages above mentioned, when the property came into the possession of Rebecca, daughter of their brother Joshua, who is now the sole owner [1897].

Lived in Dedham near the old homestead, of which he inherited a part.
Married Clarissa Bird, of Stoughton, June 22, 1816.
