Andrews, widow of Francis Andrews. 1st wife son b 18 Apr 1653 !BIR-DEA-MAR-REL: History & Genealogy of the Families of Old Fairfield, Conn. !She married 2) by 1674, Dr. Henry Smith, son of Thomas or John Smith, atStamford, Fairfield, CT; b 1613; bapt 1619; d 4 Jul 1687 !She is said to be a daughter or sister of Giles Smith, of Hartford, CT,however research of the Giles Smith family and ancestry does not justifythe thought! Jacobus says (Anna, d. second week of Jun 1685 (see p 575,Vol 1, Families of Old Fairfield, by D.L. Jacobus (1930) (Fred Knapp) CHILDREN: Ann had three children Rebecca, Ruth, and Abraham. There is a prenuptual agreement in the Sanford, CT, Land Records, Vol. 1, FHL Film #5570. This seems to be a relative modern, handwritten, copy of the original records. p. 101 [86?], It was dated 21st Jan. 1664 and the wife's name was "An". She had children Rebeca, Ruth & Abraham.
