6 Sarah Hooker (Thomas), a daughter of Rev. Thomas and
Susannah Hooker of Hartford, Colony of Conn.) born at Little
Baddow (a suburb of Chelmsford, Essex, England), 1629 (or
1630) ; m. Rev. John Wilson, Jr., of Dorchester) ]\Iass., son of
R~v. John Wilson of the First Church of Boston, and Eliza-
beth (Mansfield) Wilson, his wife. They were not married
when Rev. Thomas Hooker died in 1647" but preparations were
then being made for it, and they were married soon afterward
and settled in Dorchester, Mass., where )\'Ir.Wilson was a col-
league of Rev. Richard Mather.
