Daniel md (1)Esther White 15 May 1765, (2) Ruth Spencer, 10 Feb 1771 (she died 12 Mar 1794,age 47), and possible (3) Clarinda Barber, 5 Jun 1799. He resided atHartford. Since the Daniel born 6 March 1734 did not die until 1823, it is presumedthat the Daniel baptized 18 Aug 1745 is the same Daniel although there is no explanation for why he was not baptized until 1745. Further, althoughJames White Skinner was not baptized until 5 Oct 1777, he is most likely theson of Esther White, whose surname is his middle name, rather than Ruth Spencer,who was the wife of Daniel in 1777. Perhaps Esther died in the childbirth ofJames and due to the circumstances he was not baptized at the time. Threeother children were recorded as baptized in the East Windsor church, however,no names or sexes were provided. Ordinance information from the 1988 IGI.
