      Dr. Jonathan Bull, son of Major Jonathan and Sarah Whiting Bull was one of the first highly educated physician of Hartford. He studied surgery
      and medicine seven years at Boston and was licensed to practice in Conn.
      by the Legislature of the Colony. He married widow Hannah Beach, of Che-
      shire (her maiden name Wooster, a sister of General Wooster, who was killed
      by the British near Danbury, in the war of the Revolution.)

      He was appointed guardian to John Hart son of his sister Sarah.
